Do I need to change my software or calendar?
No. We work on top of your Google Calendar and your usual WhatsApp. If you use other management software, we'll review it on our first call and tell you honestly whether it can be connected.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. They get messages on their usual WhatsApp and book from their phone's browser.
Can I keep using my business WhatsApp?
Yes, if you use WhatsApp Business: we connect it to the official WhatsApp platform so your team can keep messaging clients from the app, just like before.
What about data protection?
Your clients' data stays in your own calendar and accounts. We only use GDPR-compliant tools and sign a data processing agreement with you.
How long does setup take?
Usually around 7 days from when you give us access to your calendar and WhatsApp. The longest step is Meta approving the message templates.
Is there a minimum contract?
